Wes Pack and I were so fortunate to buy a fabulous historic building on Main Street in Natchez! We purchased 400 Main Street, which is on the corner of Main and Pearl... best corner in town! AND the apartment upstairs has a balcony!
Best of all, downstairs is home to A Gallerie, my absolute FAVORITE boutique in Natchez!! It's one of those RARE stores where I walk in, try on 4 things and 4 things look good! You know the kind? It's the BEST! You should follow them on social. Her prices are wonderful AND she will ship!
I love that we are able to support a young woman entrepreneur in running this exceptional boutique!
The upstairs apartment needs a little love but its basic bones are amazing. It's a two-story LARGE apartment above the store. 3-4 bedrooms, depending on how you count. Can't wait to spiff it up! The refrigerator may be one of the ugliest things I've ever seen so we are gonna have to take care of that ASAP!
.... and for all my Realtor and real estate investor friends out there, this property on the BEST corner of Main St. with a fabulous double retail space (plus office) downstairs and the amazing apartment upstairs was listed at... WAIT FOR IT.... $695,000!
This town is going nowhere but up.. so you might want to think about making your own trip down to check it out!
